What suits an apartment or office in The Greens

In a low-rise block you don’t need to treat the whole building — you need good water at
the tap you drink from, and that keeps the decision simple:

  • An under-sink drinking filter, hidden in the kitchen cabinet and plumbed to
    the tap you cook and fill glasses from — our
    under-sink 5-stage filter,
    with a hot/cold version for chilled water on tap when the summer arrives.
  • An office or pantry setup for the small firms tucked into the blocks that
    are tired of the bottle run — the same under-sink filter at the kitchen tap, or the
    larger MEGA RIO system
    where a busier pantry needs the capacity.

Our filters remove chlorine and nanoplastics. Anything larger we quote only after the free
visit, never down the phone — the right fit depends on your tap, your cabinet and how you
use the water, so we look first and then give you one honest number.

Where the taste really comes from

The lakes out front are ornamental; the water indoors has a more interesting backstory. All
tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and what DEWA sends out meets World Health Organization
drinking-water guidelines at the plant — it starts out clean. Then it travels. Even in a
low-rise Greens block the water is pumped into the building’s storage tank, sits a while, and
runs down through the pipes to your kitchen, warming in the heat along the way. That’s usually
the source of the faint chlorine taste, the flicker of sediment and the room-temperature
dullness — the journey, not the plant. A filter at the point of use gives you back clean,
fresh-tasting water, and spares the recycling bin another week of plastic bottles. Plastic

Fitted and looked after by our own team

Every system is installed by a WaterClub technician — the same people who come back to
service it. We keep it running on a simple annual plan: fresh filters on schedule and a proper
check of the system. Plans start from AED 708 a year, and the full, current

block around the lakes and we’ll re-fit it for you.

I’m renting — can I still fit a filter?
Yes. An under-sink filter sits neatly in the cabinet and comes away cleanly if you move, so it
travels with you. Our technician checks the fit on the free visit.

Can you set up a small office pantry here?
Gladly — a number of the small offices in The Greens have had us fit one so they can stop
ordering bottled water. We’d rather come and look first, then recommend what genuinely fits.

How long does installation take?
Almost always a single visit. We’ll give you a clear time when we book.
