All Waterclub shipments come with 100% compostable envelopes, and we ensure that every used box is collected and properly recycled in the most needed areas. We care about keeping your water filter in good condition, and we want you to be completely satisfied with it. However, if issues arise after the warranty expires, don’t worry-we also offer an extended guarantee for those situations!

It’s included as part of our yearly service pack which you can access via subscription for 12 months.
