Al Quoz runs on offices and warehouses, so most of what we fit here is about clean water for
people at work — with homes covered the same way:

Our filters remove chlorine and nanoplastics. Anything larger — a warehouse line, a
whole floor — we quote only after the free visit, never down the phone, because the right
fit depends on your plumbing, your space and how hard the water gets used. We look first, then

Where the taste really comes from

In a part of town built around getting things made properly, it’s worth knowing exactly what
you’re drinking. All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and what DEWA sends out meets World
Health Organization drinking-water guidelines at the plant — the source is good. The change
happens on the way to your tap. In an Al Quoz unit the water is held in the building’s storage
tank, often in a hot warehouse, then run through the pipes to the pantry, warming as it goes.
That stored, travelled water is usually where the chlorine taste, the bit of sediment and the
flat, tepid feel come from — not the plant. A filter at the point of use gives you back
clean, fresh-tasting water, and takes a whole workplace off single-use plastic bottles for good.

Every system is installed by a WaterClub technician — the same people who come back to
service it, and in Al Quoz they’re setting off from just up the road. We keep it running on a
simple annual plan: fresh filters on schedule and a proper check of the system. Plans start from
AED 708 a year, with the full, current list on our

we’ll re-install it for you.

Yes — our warehouse is here, so Al Quoz is genuinely local for us and we can usually reach
you fast. We install and service offices, warehouses and homes right across the area.

Can you fit a filter for a warehouse or a whole office floor?
Yes. For a busier unit we fit the larger MEGA RIO system; for a pantry or kitchen, the under-sink
filter. We’d rather come and look at the space first, then recommend what genuinely fits.

We’re an Alserkal Avenue studio — do you cover us too?
Of course. The galleries, cafes and studios in Alserkal are a short hop from our warehouse. The
