What suits a townhouse or villa in Mira & Reem
Because these are houses with their own tank, you have two sensible choices, and many
families use both:
- A whole-villa system fitted near your water tank, so every tap in the
house runs through it — kitchen, bathrooms and the garden outlets. Our
MEGA RIO whole-villa filter

The Mira and Reem layouts repeat from one cluster to the next, so our technicians already
know where the tank usually sits — but whole-villa pricing is still always quoted after
the free site visit, never over the phone. The right setup depends on your tank, your plumbing
and what you actually want, so we look first and then give you one honest number.
About the water in your home
All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and the water DEWA sends out meets World Health
Organization drinking-water guidelines at the plant. What families in Mira and Reem usually
notice at home — a taste, a little sediment, or water that runs warm — comes from
the journey after that: the townhouse’s own tank and the pipes, and the heat. A good filter at
the right point gives you clean, fresh-tasting water and takes you off single-use plastic

Installed and serviced by our own team
Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician, and we keep it running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — new filters on schedule and a visit to check the system. Plans start
from AED 708 a year; the full, current list is on our
maintenance page. If you ever move within
Dubai, we’ll re-install it for you.

I have a townhouse, not a big villa. Is a whole-home system worth it?
Often, yes — it treats every tap, not just the kitchen. If you mainly care about drinking
water, an under-sink filter may be all you need. We’ll tell you honestly at the free visit.
My water feels a bit hard — spots on glasses, dry on the skin. Can you help?
Yes. For villas and townhouses we offer systems with a softener stage. We don’t make lab claims
about your water — we’d rather come and look, then recommend what actually fits your home.
How long does installation take?
