If you live in a Palm frond villa

Frond villas have their own water tank, so you have two sensible choices and many families use
both:

  • A whole-villa system fitted near your tank, so every tap in the house runs
    through it — kitchen, bathrooms and the garden outlets. Our

    (which adds a softener stage) are built for exactly this.
  • An under-sink drinking filter at the kitchen tap if you mainly want better
    water for drinking and cooking — see the

Whole-villa pricing is always quoted after the free site visit, never over the phone — the
right setup depends on your tank, your plumbing and what you actually want.

If you live in a Shoreline or Crescent apartment

About the water on the Palm

All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and the water DEWA sends out meets World Health
Organization drinking-water guidelines at the plant. What most homes notice — a taste, a
little sediment, or water that runs warm — usually comes from the journey after that: the
tank and the pipes, and the heat. A good filter at the right point gives you clean, fresh-tasting
water and takes you off single-use plastic bottles for good. Plastic free living.

Installed and serviced by our own team

Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician and kept running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — new filters on schedule and a visit to check the system. Plans start from
AED 708 a year; the full, current list is on our
maintenance page. If you move home within Dubai,
we’ll re-install it for you.

I have a frond villa — where does the whole-villa system go?
Next to your water tank, so it treats the water before it reaches the house. Our technician finds
the best spot during the free site visit.

I’m in a Shoreline apartment and renting. Will I lose the filter when I move?
No. The counter-top comes with you, and an under-sink filter can be taken too — we offer a
re-installation service within Dubai.

My water feels a bit hard — spots on glasses, dry on the skin. Can you help?
Yes. For villas we offer systems with a softener stage. We don’t make lab claims about your
water — we’d rather come and look, then recommend what actually fits your home.

Do you cover the whole Palm?
