Villa or apartment — what suits your home
If you’re in a villa or townhouse, a whole-villa system fitted near your
water tank treats every tap in the house. Our
MEGA RIO whole-villa filter
and the Villa Full-Advanced system
(with a softener stage) are made for this. Many families add an
under-sink drinking filter at the
kitchen tap as well.
If you’re in an apartment, you don’t need a whole-building system — a tidy
under-sink 5-stage filter or the
plug-in RIO GRANDE counter-top filter
(no drilling, hot/cold/normal) gives you clean, great-tasting water at the kitchen tap. The
counter-top is a favourite with tenants because it comes with you when you move.
Whole-villa pricing is always quoted after the free site visit, never over the phone —
it depends on your tank and plumbing, so we look first and give you one honest number.
About the water in your home
All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and DEWA‘s water meets World Health Organization
drinking-water guidelines at the plant. What you notice at home — a taste, a little
sediment, or warm water in summer — usually comes after that, from the building’s tank and
pipes and the heat. A filter at the right point gives you fresh water on tap and gets you off
single-use plastic bottles. Plastic free living.
Installed and serviced by our own team
Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician and kept running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — fresh filters on schedule and a check of the system. Plans start from

I’m in an apartment — can I still have a proper filter?
Yes. An under-sink or counter-top filter is ideal for apartments and needs no building work.
The counter-top simply plugs in.
I’m renting. Is that a problem?
Not at all. The counter-top needs no drilling, and an under-sink filter can be taken with you
— we offer a re-installation service if you move within Dubai.
We have a villa with a garden — one system for the whole house?
Yes, a whole-villa system at the tank treats every tap, inside and out. We’ll recommend the
right one after the free site visit.
