About the water in your tower
All UAE tap water is desalinated, and DEWA‘s water meets World Health Organization
drinking-water guidelines at the plant. In a tall tower, what you taste or see — a flavour, or
water that runs warm — usually comes afterwards, from the building’s holding tanks and the long
run of pipe up to a high floor, and the heat. A filter at your own tap gives you fresh water on
demand and gets you off cases of single-use plastic bottles. Plastic free living.
Installed and serviced by our own team
Every filter is fitted by a WaterClub technician and kept running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — fresh filters on schedule and a check of the system. Plans start from
AED 708 a year; the full current list is on our
maintenance page. Move to another JLT tower, or
anywhere in Dubai, and we’ll re-install it for you.

I’m renting in JLT — can I have a filter without asking the landlord?
Yes. The counter-top filter plugs in with no drilling and no fixed plumbing, so it needs no
permission, and it comes with you when you move.
Will an under-sink filter fit in a JLT kitchen?
Yes. It sits inside the cabinet under your sink with just a slim tap on the counter. Our
technician checks the space during the free assessment.
Can I get cold water on tap?
Yes. The counter-top gives you hot, cold and normal water from one unit, which is why it’s so
