About the water in your tower
All UAE tap water is desalinated, and DEWA‘s water meets World Health Organization
drinking-water guidelines at the plant. In a tall Downtown tower, what you taste or see — a
flavour, or water that runs warm — usually comes afterwards, from the building’s holding tanks
and the long run of pipe up to a high floor, and the heat. A filter at your own tap gives you
fresh water on demand and gets you off cases of single-use plastic bottles.

Every filter is fitted by a WaterClub technician and kept running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — fresh filters on schedule and a check of the system. Plans start from
AED 708 a year; the full current list is on our

I live in a tower — can I have a filter without building work?
Yes. The counter-top filter plugs in with no drilling, and an under-sink filter fits inside your
kitchen cabinet. Both are quick, quiet installs.
I’m leasing. Will I lose it when I move?
No. The counter-top comes with you, and an under-sink filter can be taken too — we offer a
re-installation service within Dubai.
Will it look tidy in a designer kitchen?
Yes. The under-sink unit is hidden in the cabinet with just a slim tap on show, and the
counter-top is a single compact unit.
Do you deliver and install across the Downtown towers?
Yes — across the whole community, with free delivery and a free on-site assessment.
