three-bedroom townhouses, hugely popular with young families, and each has its own water

What suits a Springs townhouse
Springs homes are smaller than the big villas nearby, so the filter is often simpler —
but you still have the same two sensible choices, and many families use both:
- A whole-home system fitted near your water tank, so every tap runs
through it — kitchen, bathrooms and the garden tap. Our

better water for drinking and cooking — the

Whole-home pricing is always quoted after the free site visit, never over the phone —
the right setup depends on your tank, your plumbing and what you actually want, so we look
first and then give you one honest number.
About the water in your home
All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and the water DEWA sends out meets World Health
Organization drinking-water guidelines at the plant. What most Springs families notice at
home — a taste, a little sediment, or water that runs warm — usually comes from the
journey after that: the townhouse’s own tank and the pipes, and the heat. A good filter at
the right point gives you clean, fresh-tasting water and takes you off single-use plastic

Installed and serviced by our own team
Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician, and we keep it running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — new filters on schedule and a visit to check the system. Plans start
from AED 708 a year; the full, current list is on our
maintenance page. If you ever move within
Dubai, we’ll re-install it for you.

Yes — Springs 1 through 15. We install and service right across the community, and in
neighbouring Meadows and Lakes too.
Will a whole-home system fit a townhouse?
Yes. We fit it near your tank, in the space Springs homes have for it. The technician
confirms the best spot on the free site visit.
I only want better drinking water — do I need the big system?
Not necessarily. Many Springs families just fit the under-sink filter at the kitchen tap.
