live in, so there’s no one-size answer. WaterClub installs and services water filters right

If you live in a Town Square townhouse
Townhouses have their own water tank, so you have two sensible choices and many families use
both:
- A whole-home system fitted near your tank, so every tap in the house runs
through it — kitchen, bathrooms and the garden outlets. Our

depends on your tank, your plumbing and what you actually want.

About the water in Town Square
All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and the water DEWA sends out meets World Health
Organization drinking-water guidelines at the plant. What families notice at home — a taste,
a little sediment, or water that runs warm — usually comes from the journey after that: the
tank and the pipes, and the heat. A good filter at the right point gives you clean, fresh-tasting
water and takes you off single-use plastic bottles for good — good for a growing family.

Installed and serviced by our own team
Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician and kept running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — new filters on schedule and a visit to check the system. Plans start from
AED 708 a year; the full, current list is on our
maintenance page. If you move home within Dubai,
we’ll re-install it for you.

Where does a whole-home system go in a townhouse?
Next to your water tank, so it treats the water before it reaches the house. Our technician finds
the best spot during the free site visit.
I rent an apartment here. Will I lose the filter when I move?
No. The counter-top comes with you, and an under-sink filter can be taken too — we offer a
re-installation service within Dubai.
We have young children — is the water safe for them?
All DEWA tap water meets World Health Organization guidelines at the plant; a filter is about
fresh taste on demand and getting off plastic bottles. We give honest advice on the free visit
and never make health claims.
