Villas and townhouses have their own water tank, so you have two sensible choices and many
families use both:
- A whole-villa system fitted near your tank, so every tap in the house runs
through it. Our

About the water in JVC
All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and the water DEWA sends out meets World Health
Organization drinking-water guidelines at the plant. What families notice at home — a taste,
a little sediment, or water that runs warm — usually comes from the journey after that: the
tank and the pipes, and the heat. A good filter at the right point gives you clean, fresh-tasting
water and takes you off single-use plastic bottles for good. Plastic free living.
Installed and serviced by our own team
Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician and kept running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — new filters on schedule and a visit to check the system. Plans start from
AED 708 a year; the full, current list is on our
maintenance page. If you move home within Dubai,
we’ll re-install it for you.

That’s exactly what the free site visit is for. We look at your home first, then tell you
honestly what fits — a whole-villa system, an under-sink filter, or a plug-in counter-top.
I rent an apartment in JVC. Will I lose the filter when I move?
No. The counter-top comes with you, and an under-sink filter can be taken too — we offer a
re-installation service within Dubai.
Where does a whole-villa system go?
Next to your water tank, so it treats the water before it reaches the house. Our technician finds
the best spot during the free visit.
