Change the way you drink water.
Most Dubai residents know Ras Al Khor for the flamingos. The Wildlife Sanctuary at the head of
the Creek is one of the few places on earth where you can watch a wall of pink wading birds with
the skyline shimmering behind them — a protected wetland sitting, improbably, inside a working
city. The rest of Ras Al Khor is more down-to-earth: a mixed stretch of homes near the water, from
villas to apartments, lived in by people who like being close to the Creek without being in the
thick of Downtown. The birds filter the lagoon the slow, natural way. Your kitchen tap doesn’t get
that luxury — its water comes through a storage tank and a run of pipe, and that journey is
where the taste is decided.
We’ll come and look at your setup on a free on-site assessment, with
free delivery across Dubai and no pressure afterwards.
A mixed area means the right fit, not a default
Ras Al Khor’s housing is varied, so the sensible answer depends on your home — and it’s one
of two:
- A whole-home system for villas, fitted by the tank so every tap is filtered
before the water enters the house — kitchen, bathrooms, the garden line. Our
MEGA RIO whole-villa filter
and the Villa Full-Advanced system,
which adds a softener stage, are made for exactly this. - An under-sink drinking filter for apartments, or for anyone who just wants the
drinking and cooking water right — the
under-sink 5-stage filter
fits inside the kitchen cabinet, with a hot/cold option for chilled water on tap in summer.
Whole-home pricing is only ever quoted after the free site visit, never over the phone. The honest
number depends on your tank and your plumbing, so we come, we look, and then we tell you one figure.
Where the taste comes from
Worth being clear about, because it’s good news at the start. UAE tap water is desalinated and
meets World Health Organization drinking-water guidelines the moment it leaves the plant — the
supply itself is clean. What changes it is the final leg: the water rests in your home’s storage tank,
travels through the pipes, warms up in the Creek-side heat, and reaches the tap carrying a chlorine
note and the occasional speck of sediment. A filter at the right point removes the chlorine and
nanoplastics, so the glass you pour tastes fresh and clean instead of faintly of its own journey.
Fitted and serviced by our own team
Every install is done by a WaterClub technician — we don’t sub-contract — and the same
team keeps your system right on a simple annual plan, with filters changed on schedule and a check
each visit. Plans start at AED 708 a year, and the current list always lives on our
maintenance page. Filtered water on tap also means an
end to buying bottled water by the crate — better for the home by the wetland, and better for
the wetland. Plastic free living.
Ras Al Khor water filter FAQ
Do you cover homes across Ras Al Khor?
Yes — the residential pockets near the Creek, villas and apartments alike. Tell us your home
and we’ll confirm.
I’m in an apartment. Which filter suits me?
An under-sink 5-stage filter at the kitchen tap — it fits inside the cabinet and is usually
fitted in a single, clean visit.
My water tastes of chlorine or runs warm. Can you help?
Yes — our filters remove chlorine and nanoplastics, which is usually exactly what people are
noticing. We don’t make lab claims; we’d rather come and look, then recommend what fits.
How long does installation take?
Most installs are done in a single visit. We’ll give you a clear time when we book.
