You’re already a member. We WhatsApp you a personal Family Code the first time you buy from us. That code carries all your perks — no forms, no logins.
What you get
Refer a friend — AED 100 each side
Share your Family Code. When a friend buys, you both get AED 100 credit toward your next purchase or maintenance plan. No ceiling.
The Grand Prize
Every December we pick one member at random and refund their whole first purchase — up to AED 10,000. Being a customer is the entry.
Monthly draw
One member wins a free filter change every month. Every referral you make is another ticket in that month’s draw.
Birthday bottles
Tell us your birthday month and we send WaterClub’s own stainless-steel bottles to your door — 2 for a couple, 4 for a family with kids.
Water tips
Once a month we send one useful tip about the water in your home — nothing to sell, just something worth knowing.
How it works
- We auto-enrol you. Every WaterClub customer becomes a member on their first purchase — no application, no waiting.
- You get a Family Code. Sent to you on WhatsApp. That code is your key: it earns credit, tickets, birthday bottles.
- Share the code with a friend. When they buy, we credit both of you AED 100 automatically.
- We WhatsApp you when you win. No dashboard to check. Winners are told directly on WhatsApp within a day.
Common questions
Do I have to sign up?
No. Every customer is enrolled automatically the first time they buy. You’ll get your code by WhatsApp within a day.
Where is my Family Code?
Check your WhatsApp for a welcome message from WaterClub. Your code looks like WCFAM-XXXXXXXX.
What if I never got the welcome?
WhatsApp us on +971 54 583 7959 saying “family club” — we’ll re-send your code.
How do I refer a friend?
Send them your Family Code. When they order, they enter it at checkout — both of you get AED 100 credit.
When are the draws?
Monthly filter-change draws happen on the 1st of each month. The Grand Prize is drawn on 1 December every year.
How do I claim my birthday bottles?
Reply to the welcome WhatsApp with your birthday month. If you have kids at home, mention that too — you’ll get 4 bottles instead of 2.

Family Club is run by WaterClub for its own customers. There is no cost to join and no way to lose your membership as long as your account stays active.
