Change the way you drink water.
Al Nahda sits right on the seam between Sharjah and Dubai — a dense, humming grid of
residential towers where thousands of families keep one foot in each emirate and most of the
commute happens before eight in the morning. Al Nahda Park is the green lung in the middle of
it all, and the surrounding blocks are almost entirely apartments: busy kitchens, shared tank
supplies, and people who want good drinking water without a fuss. WaterClub installs and
services home water filters throughout Al Nahda Sharjah, and our own technicians do the work
— we don’t sub-contract it out.

Why an Al Nahda apartment usually wants reverse osmosis
Here’s the honest, local picture. All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and the water
that leaves the plant meets World Health Organization drinking-water guidelines. But on the
Sharjah side, the supply tends to carry more dissolved minerals than Dubai’s
— a harder, more mineral-rich water by the time it has sat in a tall tower’s tank. For
most Al Nahda kitchens that makes a reverse-osmosis (RO) system the right
choice: RO pushes the water through a fine membrane and gives you clean, fresh-tasting
drinking water that stands up to the higher mineral content. It also removes chlorine
and nanoplastics. You’ll find our RO systems in the
WaterClub shop.
What suits an apartment here
- A reverse-osmosis drinking system under the kitchen sink — our first
recommendation for Al Nahda, where the water is mineral-rich and the kitchen is where it
matters. See the RO options in the shop, with a
hot/cold version for chilled water on tap in summer. - An under-sink multi-stage filter as a simpler alternative — the
under-sink 5-stage filter
tucks neatly into the cabinet and needs no counter space.
Both are tidy, apartment-friendly fits that leave your worktop clear and don’t need the
landlord’s blessing for building works.
About the water in your flat
What most Al Nahda residents notice — a taste, a little scale on the kettle, water that
runs warm — comes from two things: the journey after the plant (the tower’s tank, the long
pipe runs and the heat) and, on the Sharjah side, that higher mineral content. A filter at the
kitchen tap, usually an RO one, gives you clean, fresh water and takes you off single-use
plastic bottles for good. Plastic free living.
Installed and serviced by our own team
Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician, and we keep it running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — new filters on schedule and a visit to check the system. Plans start
from AED 708 a year; the full, current list is on our
maintenance page. If you move flat within the
UAE, we’ll re-install it for you.
Al Nahda water filter FAQ
Why reverse osmosis for Al Nahda?
Because the Sharjah-side supply tends to carry more dissolved minerals than Dubai’s. An RO
system pushes the water through a fine membrane and copes well with that, giving you clean,
fresh-tasting drinking water. It also removes chlorine and nanoplastics.
Will it fit in a rented apartment?
Yes. Our RO and under-sink systems fit inside the kitchen cabinet with no building works, so
they suit rented flats throughout Al Nahda. We’ll confirm the fit at the free visit.
Is the tap water safe?
All UAE tap water is desalinated and meets World Health Organization guidelines at the plant.
What you notice at home comes from the tank, the pipes, the heat and the higher mineral
content — which a filter handles.
How long does installation take?
Most installs are done in a single visit. We’ll give you a clear time when we book.
