Change the way you drink water.
There is a reason half of Sharjah ends up at Al Majaz Waterfront on a weekend evening —
the promenade, the cafes, and the Sharjah Fountain throwing water a hundred metres into the
air over Khalid Lagoon. The towers that ring the waterfront are some of the most sought-after
addresses in the emirate: lagoon-view apartments where families actually live, not just visit.
WaterClub installs and services home water filters all through Al Majaz, and our own
technicians do every job — we don’t sub-contract it out.

Why an Al Majaz apartment usually wants reverse osmosis
Here’s the honest, local picture. All tap water in the UAE is desalinated, and the water
that leaves the plant meets World Health Organization drinking-water guidelines. But Sharjah’s
supply tends to carry more dissolved minerals than Dubai’s — a harder,
more mineral-rich water by the time it has climbed to a waterfront tower’s tank. For most Al
Majaz kitchens that makes a reverse-osmosis (RO) system the right choice: RO
pushes the water through a fine membrane and gives you clean, fresh-tasting drinking water that
stands up to the higher mineral content. It also removes chlorine and
nanoplastics. Our RO systems are in the
WaterClub shop.
What suits a waterfront apartment
- A reverse-osmosis drinking system under the kitchen sink — our first
recommendation for Al Majaz, where the water is mineral-rich and the view deserves a
clear glass to go with it. Browse the RO options in the
shop; a hot/cold version gives you chilled water
on tap through the summer. - An under-sink multi-stage filter as a neat alternative — the
under-sink 5-stage filter
hides in the cabinet and leaves your counter and your view uncluttered.
Both fit inside the kitchen cabinet with no building works — easy to arrange even in a
managed tower.
About the water in your flat
What most Al Majaz residents notice — a taste, a little scale, water that runs warm —
comes from two things: the journey after the plant (the tower’s tank, the long risers and the
heat) and, here, that higher mineral content. A filter at the kitchen tap, usually an RO one,
gives you clean, fresh water and takes you off single-use plastic bottles for good.
Plastic free living.
Installed and serviced by our own team
Every system is fitted by a WaterClub technician, and we keep it running on a simple annual
maintenance plan — new filters on schedule and a visit to check the system. Plans start
from AED 708 a year; the full, current list is on our
maintenance page. If you move within the UAE,
we’ll re-install it for you.
Al Majaz water filter FAQ
Why reverse osmosis for Al Majaz?
Because Sharjah’s tap water tends to carry more dissolved minerals than Dubai’s. An RO system
pushes the water through a fine membrane and copes well with that, giving you clean,
fresh-tasting drinking water. It also removes chlorine and nanoplastics.
Will it suit a waterfront tower apartment?
Yes. Our RO and under-sink systems fit inside the kitchen cabinet with no building works, so
they suit the Al Majaz Waterfront towers. We’ll confirm the fit at the free visit.
Is the tap water safe?
All UAE tap water is desalinated and meets World Health Organization guidelines at the plant.
What you notice at home comes from the tank, the risers, the heat and the higher mineral
content — which a filter handles.
How long does installation take?
Most installs are done in a single visit. We’ll give you a clear time when we book.
