How the warranty works
Every WaterClub system comes with a 1-year warranty and 1 year of maintenance included in the original purchase. That first year is on us regardless of any AMC.
From year 2 onward, an active AMC keeps your warranty alive. Renew each year and we cover the machine for as long as you're subscribed. Skip the AMC and warranty ends after year 1 — on-demand repairs are still available, priced above.
On-demand services fix specific issues and are covered by their own 3-month workmanship warranty, but they don't extend the system's overall warranty.
