These terms apply when you buy from waterclub.ae, use one of our filtration systems, or subscribe to an annual maintenance contract. By placing an order you agree to what’s set out below.
Who we are
Collector Filters and Purification Devices Trading LLC (“WaterClub”, “we”, “us”), a UAE limited liability company, TRN 100474648100003, registered at Al Quoz Industrial 1, Dubai. What we sell
Water filtration systems for homes and offices — under-sink, countertop, whole-villa, sparkling, and commercial — with delivery, professional installation, and after-sale maintenance across the UAE. We do not currently offer laboratory water testing or a rental / lease programme.
Orders and pricing
- All prices on waterclub.ae are in AED and inclusive of 5% VAT. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Placing an order means an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email.
- We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced due to a system error, or if we cannot install safely at your address.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard through Paymennt, a UAE-licensed payment processor. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later services. Your card details are handled by Paymennt directly and never stored on our systems.
Delivery and installation
- Delivery and installation are included at no extra cost anywhere in the UAE.
- After your order, our care team contacts you within one working day to book your installation.
- Typical install times: under-sink or countertop systems 20 to 45 minutes; whole-villa system 3 to 4 hours; whole-villa system with chiller adds a minimum of 2 hours.
- Please make sure someone aged 18+ is present, that the technician has access to the kitchen sink or the water tank (for villa systems), and that the mains water can be shut off briefly during the work.
Warranty and maintenance
- Every system includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty and 1 year of maintenance from the installation date.
- From the second year onward, an active Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) keeps the warranty alive and covers scheduled filter changes and technical visits. AMC pricing appears on waterclub.ae/maintenance.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, tampering, work by a non-WaterClub technician, or changes in local water pressure or supply outside normal UAE ranges.

Your account
When you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us at wecare@waterclub.ae if you think someone else has used your account.
Website use
You may browse, quote, and buy for personal or business use. You may not copy, resell, or scrape our content, product photos, or catalogue without written permission.
Communications
By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to receive service messages by email and WhatsApp about your installation, maintenance visits, warranty, and AMC renewal. Marketing messages are opt-in and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
Complaints and disputes
If something’s gone wrong, email wecare@waterclub.ae or WhatsApp Sherosh on +971 50 417 8806. We aim to reply within one working day and resolve most matters within a week. Disputes we can’t resolve directly are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
