No. Every Waterclub system is bought outright and is yours from day one.

We stopped renting because owning works out cheaper over the life of the machine, and because the plan that keeps it running – filters, service and warranty – is the same either way. If you would like help choosing before you buy, message us on WhatsApp and we will talk it through.

Yes. Waterclub provides scalable water filtration systems suitable for:

All systems are engineered based on water demand, usage volume, and regulatory requirements.

Yes. A whole-property system is fitted next to your water tank, on the main line into the home, so every tap benefits – kitchen, bathrooms, showers and service areas.

Apartments are usually served by a drinking system at the kitchen sink instead, because the building tank is shared.

Absolutely. Waterclub systems are specifically configured to address Dubai’s water profile, including:

Water in the UAE is desalinated, then travels through storage tanks and pipes before it reaches your tap – and it varies from emirate to emirate. That is why we ask where you live before recommending a system.

Yes. Sparkling water comes from our Fizzy and Aqua Bar ranges – built for offices, restaurants, hotels and larger homes, serving still and sparkling from one dedicated tap.

Our home drinking systems give you filtered still water, with hot and cold on the models that offer it, but not sparkling.

Yes. Waterclub offers glass bottle water systems for hotels and serviced residences, enabling purified still or sparkling water to be served elegantly in-room and in dining venues — aligning luxury with sustainability.

Yes. Our systems are widely used in schools, universities, and corporate offices, helping organizations provide safe drinking water while reducing plastic bottle usage in line with Dubai sustainability initiatives.

It depends on the system:

• Drinking systems – under-sink, counter-top, RIO and TARA: 20 to 45 minutes

• Whole villa systems: 3 to 4 hours

• Adding a chiller: at least 2 hours on top

• Commercial projects: scheduled to the scope of the job

All installations are carried out by our own trained technicians.

Maintenance schedules vary by system and usage:

• Sediment and carbon filters: every 6 months

• UV lamps (if applicable): annually

Both filter visits and the UV lamp are included in your annual maintenance plan, and we come to you.

Your first year is already covered – every system comes with 12 months warranty and 12 months maintenance included. From your second year onwards, the annual plan keeps everything running:

• Two filter changes a year, at your home or office

• A new UV lamp each year on the models that use one

• Your warranty stays active for as long as the plan is running

• Free re-installation in Dubai if you move home

The yearly price depends on your system:

• RIO – AED 708

• Under-sink, counter-top and TARA drinking systems – AED 808

• MEGA RIO – AED 949

• Fizzy and Aqua Bar – AED 1,499

• Whole villa system – from AED 1,399 (Semi) / AED 1,799 (Full)

No. When installed correctly, Waterclub systems maintain stable water pressure while significantly improving water quality.

No. For safety, performance, and warranty protection, all Waterclub systems must be installed by certified technicians.

Yes. Every system comes with 12 months warranty and 12 months maintenance from the day it is installed – so your first year is fully covered.

From year two, an annual maintenance plan keeps the warranty alive for as long as the plan is running, on top of the filter changes and service visits.

There is no fixed price, and we do not publish one – it depends on your water tank, your existing plumbing, and what you want the system to do.

So we come and look first. The site visit is free and there is no obligation, and you get the exact figure afterwards. Book your site visit on WhatsApp.

By Visa or Mastercard – online through our shop at any hour, or by a payment link we send you. Card payments are handled by Paymennt, a UAE-regulated payment provider.

For larger installations you can also pay by bank transfer; the details are printed on your quotation. Every price we show already includes VAT.
