Already made your purchase? Wondering how to get a water system installed? We’ve got you covered! Here’s everything you need to know about how our installation process works.

We know that you want your new water system as soon as possible, which is why you can get your Waterclub Water Filter in just 2 working days!

Easy to schedule installation

We know life can be hectic, so our team will make sure to call to book an installation date that works for your busy schedule.

Less then an hour Installation

We know that time is valuable, which is why our installation process will take no more than 40 minutes. Our friendly technicians will call you the day before to confirm a specific 2-hour window for your convenience!

How we install

You can enjoy pure water on tap with your Water System by connecting it to the mains supply. This is done through an innovative flexi tube and a clever isolation valve that won’t affect your water supply or other appliances in any way.

Can I install the Water System myself?

We know that installing our water systems is a delicate procedure.  That’s why our team of trained technicians are responsible for the task to ensure that your system is installed correctly for maximum efficiency in terms of its performance as well as validated by us if required under warranty guidelines – no sneaky hidden costs or anything extra to worry about!

Maintenance

Waterclub’s smart plan is a one-stop shop for the maintenance of your water system

 

Waterclub’s technical team is on the case! We will change your filters every 6 months,  (as per the smart maintenance contract that you will subscribe to).
Twice yearly we will service and maintain them so you always have pure filtered water at your home or office with us.

An extended warranty is also provided when you renew your maintenance contract.
